Services and proposals
Mosak Media provides AI automation, website development, marketing, SEO, consulting and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, schedule and fees for each engagement are established in a written quotation, proposal, order or agreement accepted by both parties.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project information, necessary access and lawful content, and obtain any permissions or consents needed for their use of our services.
Payments
Prices, currencies, payment milestones, taxes and payment methods are confirmed before purchase in the applicable proposal, invoice or checkout. Do not submit payment unless the relevant terms are clear.
Changes and cancellations
Changes to scope, cancellation requests and any resulting charges are governed by the agreed project terms and our published Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of final deliverables, third-party materials, software subscriptions and source files are determined by the applicable written agreement and licensing terms.
Availability and liability
We aim to deliver services with reasonable care. Specific uptime, performance, results, warranties and liability limits apply only where expressly agreed in writing and subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee particular sales or search rankings.
