Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, business details, phone number, email, selected service and message. Customized POS requests also collect location/staff counts, requested features, source section, selected currency, approximate country (when known) and the quote context you saw. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive health information.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in our configured business database. Access is limited to the people responsible for responding. If email notifications are enabled, an enquiry summary is also sent to our business inbox. Enquiries are not automatically added to marketing lists.
Currency preferences and approximate location
We use a first-party mosak_currency cookie for one year to remember the currency you select. Automatic detection caches only the resulting country and currency for up to 30 days (or one day after a failed lookup). You can change currency in pricing or the footer, or remove these cookies using your browser settings. Changing currency does not change your detected country. A session-only browser flag prevents the currency notice from repeating; it contains no personal information.
When configured, our server uses a trusted hosting country header or sends your IP address to IPinfo to estimate your country. Our application does not write raw IP addresses to its database or logs. The provider and hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses under their own policies. Currency detection is approximate, and a VPN or travel may affect it. We store the displayed currency and country with custom quote requests; unknown countries are left blank.

Demo tools and links
The chatbot is a scripted browser-only demonstration. Its messages are kept in memory for the current page session and are not sent to an AI provider. The calculator uses your inputs in your browser and does not send them until you choose to contact us. External links such as WhatsApp and Mosak One have their own data policies.
